These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the InfluenceCheck Chrome extension and related services ("Service") provided by InfluenceCheck ("we", "our", or "us"). By installing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

InfluenceCheck provides engagement and disclosure analysis for publicly accessible social media profiles. You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service to scrape or collect data at abusive scale.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the Service.
• Use the Service in ways that violate platform rules or applicable law.
• Resell or redistribute paid access without authorization.

2. Free Tier

The free tier includes a daily scan limit. We may adjust free-tier limits with reasonable notice.

3. Premium Plans

Premium plans are offered on monthly, annual, or lifetime terms. Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy. By purchasing a premium plan, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy terms: lemonsqueezy.com/terms.

4. License Keys

Premium features are activated with a valid license key. License keys may not be shared in violation of your plan terms.

5. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. Calculations are estimates based on publicly available data and may not reflect actual campaign performance.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

8. Changes

We may update the Service or these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
